
Cancellation Policiy

At 5D You, we are committed to providing a valuable coaching experience and ensuring that your sessions are productive and beneficial. Our cancellation policy helps us manage scheduling and respect the time and commitment of both clients and coaches. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Booking and Confirmations
When you schedule a session with 5D You, your booking is confirmed once payment is received (unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon). You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and details of your session.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. This helps us offer your spot to another client and manage our schedule effectively.
Notice Period: Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand that unexpected events can happen. However, to respect our time and other clients:
No-Shows: If you do not attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Timely Cancellations: If you cancel a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional fees.
Packages or Multiple Sessions: For clients who have purchased a package of sessions, refunds for canceled sessions will be provided based on the total package fee and the sessions completed or canceled. Refunds for packages are generally not provided for unused sessions unless due to exceptional circumstances, as evaluated at our discretion.
5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, may occasionally prevent you from attending a session. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you without a cancellation fee.
6. Coach Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule at a convenient time or receive a full refund for that session.
