  1. Attunement. You start a Non-Dual Coaching session with a few minutes of attunement - of meditation, silence and setting of your intention. It’s important with Non-Dual Coaching that we attune to each other, to the environment, and to ourselves so that we enter into a state of peace, from which you can connect deeply and be guided intuitively so that your encounter can be most fruitful.

  2. Sharing. When you’re attuned and you abide in a state of peace, you are invited to share your story, your reason for coming here. I will be deeply present with what is going on in your life.

  3. Inquiry. When you have shared your story, often emotions can come up. What we do after the sharing is an inquiry: “How are you doing now, in this moment?”, “What emotions - subtle or less subtle - are coming up?”

  4. Locate. We don’t always notice it but emotions appear at certain areas in our body. We locate - where are these emotions coming from? Every place in your body has a different symbollic meaning - is your heart broken? Do you have a lump in your throat? Are you carrying too much on your shoulders?

  5. Feeling. When you find out where these emotions are coming from, we ask them to tell their story by really feeling into them, which may make images and memories come up. Emotions are energetic messages from the subconscious, that want to be processed. They’re like little children, parts of yourself, coming to you with a gift. They want to be heard and seen and if they’re not, they start to get angry or sad and cause problems in your body and life. They can even make you sick or manifest negativity in your life.

  6. Healing. As you feel through these emotions, you extract the information from them, you re-integrate a part of yourself that had become dissociated. You will find a newfound feeling of peace, wholeness, lightness, and expansion. You will also cause blockages and karmic situations in your life that are linked to this feeling to dissolve, manifesting better outcomes in these areas of your life.

  7. Finally, we often finish with some fun homework, you will receive some practices you can do to heal yourself futher for the next session based on what is relevant for you like meditations, visualisations, healing music to listen to, information to delve into and so on.

  • One can consult a Non-Dual Coach for any kind of problem since they help take away the resistance that creates the problem on an energetic level (for example, we can take away abundance blocks). However, the method is best suited for uncovering and working through (minor) trauma and least suited to specific practical questions (like how do I make x amount of money), which is why it is also a form of therapy.

    Non-Dual Coaching (and therapy) is available for everyone. The only requirement for its success, as with other forms of coaching and therapy, is the willingness of the client to open him or herself up (and, of course, the skill of the coach).

  • Ask anything you want! Non-Dual coaching helps you find clarity in any area of your life, be it work, love life, health, relation to society, or meaning of life.

  • Non-Dual coaching works holistically and recognizes that every problem that surfaces in your life has a deeper meaning.

    It works to trace the problem back to its roots in your heart and to heal it there through unconditional acceptance.

    By bringing you in contact with the part of your being that is unconditionally loving and perfect, the ego/human self can forgive itself for its “sins,” “failures”, fears, and attachments that makes it feel unworthy, unsafe, insecure and needing to control everything. This contact with this deeper, “higher Self” or “5D You” stops the chaos of the mind and allows joy and serenity to be present once again.
