The first part of the Deep Soul Dive is about rediscovering your Soul and its Purpose via a Soul Audit, Gene Keys and Meditations. Usually we come here with a mission but we forget it because society tells us who to be and doesn’t see our light and authentic expression. This is where we get back in touch with it.

The second part of the Deep Soul Dive is about healing yourself. Getting rid of all the blockages and emotional bagage of the past that is keeping you from expressing your most authentic self and living the life you came here to live. This will take some willingness to feel through emotions and to face your shadows.

After having rediscovered and healed yourself, it is time to start living your Soul’s true purpose. With all the blockages out of the way and a clear vision about who you are and what you want, you’re almost there, all that’s left is some alligned action. I will coach you with this as well.
