Step 1.

Healing the Past

If you don’t heal the past it will haunt and limit your present, even dooming you to repeat it.

When we cannot bear, or don’t want to fully experience a feeling, we push it down into the subconscious mind. When it’s really bad we call it “trauma”.

However, what we usually don’t know is that these subconscious repressed experiences still influence our lives from the shadows..

These subconscious experiences start to form a subconscious identity, that then attracts new experiences based on that identity and starts to exclude experiences not matching that identity.

Usually we repress painful experiences in which we were somehow the “loser” and keeping these in our subconscious is a sure way to keep us from expressing our full potential.

If not healed, it will attempt to heal itself by manifesting a similar situation in which this will happen again so that it can finally be brought into consciousness and transmuted.

A young woman with curly red hair and freckles, surrounded by gold and white feathers, gazes softly at the camera in warm lighting.

“Whatever pain you carry inside, there’s a technique to heal it and to return to the purity and infinite potential, happiness, and love inherent to your soul.”

How to heal your Past

All negativity can be traced back to one source: negative thinking.

Negative thinking creates negative energy (negative feeling) and this energy then gets stuck in your subconscious mind until it is transmuted again.

Therefore, one straightforward way to heal your subconscious mind is to reverse this process to counteract these negative subconscious energies by thinking positively (to affirm).

Say with me, for example, “I am loved”. And see what it does with your energy, if resistance comes up (from your subconscious identity) keep saying it to override it.

Affirmations are one way to slowly override your subconscious identity, you can also plan in an emotional release session with me to dive more deeply into a particular issue and transmute it more powerfully or check out one of the other services we offer to change your subconscious identity like blockage removal, quantum jumps, or one of our events that often also include healing.
